Class Description and chart color code:
  MIXED BELTS - This is traditional Japanese karate and practical self-defense, influenced by styles such as Kyokushin, Goju-Ryu, Shotokan and Aikido .
  KUMITE (SPARRING)- In this class you apply the basic techniques you've learned an a one-one-one sparring environement. All participants wears safety gear for the head, hands, feet; also mouth guards, and groin or chest protectors.
  KARATE BASICS- Same as above, but geared to the beginner. Basic blocks, strikes, stikes and terminology are covered in a class that will provide good workout and a way to learn along with other beginners in karate.
  KATA - This class focuses on prearranged forms, which promote strong technique, balance, focus, dynamics, power and proper breathing.
  INTERMEDIATE - This class is for yellow belt rank and higher. The techniques and prearranged forms are more challenging and required more experience than the beginner student possesses.
